Suggest me a game (MMORPG)

Must have :
PvP, and lots of PvE (dungeon's Raid's.. and possibly world bosses)
lot's and lot's of quests.
good playerbase.
EU-servers


Free to play or subscription based (if FTP then must have cash shop ofc)
