Is there anyway to remove the limit of sending money without adding ur card and confirming it ?

You can by adding a bank account, not the card, but the account.

Alternatively, you can buy a prepaid mastercard or one of them, and add that to the account to remove the limit, that is what I did a few years ago.

for the bank it's only in the US
