I can't create the TABLE !!! HELPP !!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I open Micosoft SQL Management, on administrator but when I look for the file .bak I can not enter the folder.
If I select the path or the name of the file I have an error message.

take a kopie from the folder with the .bak files in C:

so C:\Databases\TGame_GSP.bak
