The propriety of an item of being tradeable or not is client side only. All you have to do is make it tradeable in the Item.SData, and you can trade it.

I can describe the error:
After the server choice when Shaiya loads your characters, there is the message that Shaiya doesn't work anymore..

You messed up something when you edited itemsdata, was getting that same error when i was messing around with it and something went wrong when importing files with data file tool.
