Of course it's a fake. Nobody would give you good accounts for free even if they are hacked.
And why you have to download a file with the user datas ? They could put them on the website but you have to download a virus from their page to "get" a account.
Edit : You can buy Likes from YT Stores so more people trust you and download the virus.
