Problem With sh close.sh

This is my problem!
Can anyone help me to fix that??
I'm puting sh close.sh and server don't shuting down the channels
and writing this!

The Server is not runing

kill script its not found the PTS somthink its wrong
wen your channel core dont hafe the PTS archive then your server dont cant stop
