Read before posting an application / Lesen vor dem posten einer Bewerbung

Since some members don't know the criterias that they should fulfill, I decided to post it in few points..

★If you are new member, meaning for example that you are here one month, don't post your application yet. In that time admins can't really find out if you are able to do the job you want.

★Your statistics such as post and thanks count should be high enough, 300+ posts is already adequate but even a bit less could be OK. And about thanks count - It's not necessary to have more thanks than posts but more you got, more usefull you look like.

★As posted in another thread by Lowfyr, if you have any active infractions/warnings , don't even ''bother'' posting an application, it will get closed. But you can repost it when your warnings/infractions expire.

★In your application, just answer to the questions posted in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] thread. You can also add some more information about you, but you should answer those questions first, and I recommend you to do not answer just by ''yes'' or so.. You should get the point;)

★Please post your applications in english/deutsch only.

Da einige Mitglieder nicht wissen, dass sie gewisse Kriterien erfüllen sollten, habe ich mich entschlossen, es in wenigen Punkten aufzuzählen.

★Wenn du ein neuer Member bist und z.B. erst einen Monat hier bist, poste bitte noch keine Bewerbung. In dieser Zeit können die Admins nicht herausfinden, ob du für diesen Job geeignet bist.

★Deine Statistiken wie Beiträge und Thanks Zähler sollten hoch genug sein . 300+ Beiträge sind ausreichend aber ein bißchen weniger ist auch ok.
Und zu der Anzahl der Thanks - Es ist nicht notwendig mehr Thanks als Beiträge zu haben, aber umso mehr du bekommst umso hilfreicher siehst du aus.

★Wie schon in einem anderen Thread von Lowfyr erwähnt, wenn du eine aktive Warnung/Verwarnung hast, brauchst du dich nicht bewerben. Die Bewerbung wird einfach geschlossen.
Aber du kannst dich wieder bewerben, wenn die Warnung/Verwarnung abgelaufen ist.

★In deiner Bewerbung musst du nur die Fragen aus [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Thread beantworten.
Du kannst natürlich auch mehr Information über dich hinzufügen, aber du solltest diese Fragen zuerst beantworten und ich empfehle dir, nicht nur mit Ja oder Nein zu antworten. Das solltest du verstehen. ;)

★Bitte poste deine Bewerbung nur in Englisch/Deutsch.

You say that they should post in english/deutsch, but for us non-deutsch people it's hard for us to judge a application, aswell as it is for you moderators to see if the person can speak fluent english, since there's alot of english speaking in each and every section. So, if those who write in deutsch can do a copy of that application but translate into english (In the same thread ofcourse), so there will be a deutsch version and a english version, would help alot.

Sie sagen, dass sie Post in Englisch / Deutsch, aber für uns nicht-deutsch Menschen ist es schwer für uns, zu beurteilen, eine Anwendung, ebenso wie es für Sie Moderatoren, um zu sehen, wenn die Person sprechen fließend Englisch, da gibt es eine Menge von Englisch sprechenden in jedem Abschnitt. Also, wenn diejenigen, die in deutsch schreiben, kann das eine Kopie der Anmeldung, sondern übersetzt in Englisch (in der gleichen Thread natürlich), so wird es eine deutsch-Version und eine Englisch-Version, dazu beitragen würde, eine Menge.

very useful thread cuz lately many people posting with join date like 2 weeks ago/no thanks/few posts so it will be useful alot to read that

But the problem is that people such as like you said, don't read sticky threads.

Yes it was usefull.. Maybe I should make new one, if admins agree, but well.. If not, they can still contact admins before making an application.
