[Help]Can you decrypt this metin2 programm?

Hello guys, an hour ago i downloaded a program, i know this is a "virus" that uploads the loginsettings.cfg to a website, but this isn't a trojan or a malware..
I would to make a program like that, but i don't know the code, so can you decrypt it and send me in private message the source code?

(It says 2/44, i don't know why, i think this isn't a virus, but you don't have to open it, only decrypt that please :D)

But this isn't a trojan, this is a program that upload a file on ftp website! And i need the sourcecode

I think you canīt decompile a programm that was coded in C++ or C#.
