Client error when i try to connect to my server

Hello every one i tried making my own server for me and my friends but when i try to connect i get this error

hmm, so ur connecting to your local server basically. I'm not sure if u actually need a different configuration for that, since i´ve never tried to host a server on my pc and actually go online on it. (Due to the lack of ram^^)

Eitherway, try to change the ip inside ur media to the localhost and see if that goes alright. Also try using 127.0.0.1 + btw how about u use ur "external ip" inside ur cert, and then connect to it that way?

Never tried it myself, but have a go at it.

external ip won't work i think as cert only sees the ip i have which isnt the external and i will try to use 127.0.0.1 and c , also i dont know how to change the ip inside the media ?

Enable multiclient, you cant run the server and the client on the same computer without the multiclient patch .

i did enable it
but the game wont start it just flashes black screen
i have no idea what is going wrong at all if some one could help with team viewer plz tell me
