There's no other way to resolve your disconnection if you're using NCT than to stop using it. If you're using a lot of skills in a small amount of time it will cause disconnection. Try to use "NSD" and do not spam a lot of skills. just a litte like 2 -3 skills per sec.

honestly, no cast time for increase attack speed of BM2 WA normal attack is no dc :)
