Fun with sframe and ODBG

I just do some research into the sframe(unpacked) and I see this windows..
I just make a JMP to the function who opened this windows..

But Dafuck, Gm have tool for modify the current environement?

id say no they have a tool to do all we can do currently maybe a bit more the rest like this is part of development tools it would be used in conjunction with map making as its possable to do this with out a tool but its a whole lot of gemometry. aka its all % and angles in the map files/database themselves
aka time of day,fog ratio, rain,sun,if area is pk allowed,no pk,zero wraith area's *like in death match*
unless im mistaken pk is actly map specific and isnt changeable via db it would need a tool to actly mod the model scripts them selfs not the maps in map folder

Looks like this is used to generate the values for the worldlocation.

PK Limits are controled via Location-Type.
