matchmaking ?

How come I (almost) always play gainst/with players with 2-3 to sometimes 10 times my own wins ?

It's hard to compete with this guys as they have alot more experience then me ..

Cause experience isn't skill at all ;)
U got the skill in some few games which they haven't got :)

Just like in Ranked Games
You get matched with people that are on the same or nearly same Hidden Elo
It determines your skill level

So it's like a 'good sign' that I play against these kind of players ?

Well you reached the same Rating as other players with more games, you may see it as a "good sign"

2-3/10 times his own wins means, that their win are higher, not lower.

look on the bright side you are playing vs better players making you better

Maybe but I want to get better at my own pace by playing against people with the same experience as me, I have 160 wins now and play since the end of november and laning against someone who had much more time to master all kind of champions is very hard..

I mean he reached the same rating as people who have more wins with his lower wincount.
