Maybe you should add 127.0.0.1 or the ip from ipconfig(start->run->cmd->ipconfig)

im pretty sure you can't use 127.0.0.1

(I know this is old, but still no answers, so I will post my solution, so everybody which follows will see the answer! I hate that on forums, if people create a thread and no fucking jerk cares about it, which has solved this issue already jet)

You guys should get in, in some internet protocol usage.

It is mostly not necessary to set the firewall, not always.
The most important part though is port forwarding your ports (15778 to 15779, 15881, 15884) on your ROUTER!
TCP and UDP, well that should be clear.
(On fritz.box:

"From Port XXXXX to Port XXXXX"
Should be "From Port 15881 to Port (empty)"
and the last line about ports the same "To Port 15881"

The same with 15778 to 15779, 15881, 15884)
