This means no leveling or VERY easy leveling/ no donation for being overpowered or anything and hopefully a bunch of players Does anybody know a server like this by any chance?

"Server Characteristics:
Action 2
200x experience rates
10x dil drop rates
5x item drop rates
Argate rates identical to that of the original 2Moons, which means:
+0 going on +1 is 90%
+1 going on +2 is 80%
+2 going on +3 is 70%
+3 going on +4 is 55%
+4 going on +5 is 40%
+5 going on +6 is 25%
+6 going on +7 is 15%
+7 going on +8 is 10%
+8 going on +9 is 05%"

Omg. The original poster asked for the total opposite of that server. Yet the people from the server still post it here -.-

Nemesis is pretty good pvp with very fast leveling and good damage. 4rb 3br

Only downside is that staff isn't that great in my opinion and donor items are op. you can get donor items without paying if you farm enough
