Nope it's just event "Referee Bot (12:00 to 17:00)" But it's probably the best thing they have to use against botters :)

It's world most annoying and useless npc(If you shoot it down, theres only 1 thing you get and it's freaking the negative uridium).

Like - uridium. Normally you get, lets say 100uridium, but when you shoot it down you get -100uri so if you have 5400uri then you have 5300.

You can only shoot it with special ammo, the football ammo. The NPC still gives you positive uridium, but after calculating how much you spent on the ammo you realise that you lost uridium.

But it gives damn much credits.
