Screen Problem

Inside of the game I have a strange issue.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Windows seem to stack up and the background never updates. Would be fine, but I can't see my character during character creation. :(
I also have no sound.

On Windows Vista 64-bit, DX10.1, newest graphic drivers. Any suggestions?

Could have something to do with the Graphic driver but im not sure. hmmm i had something similar while i played around with the char creator.

Complete reinstall and repatching it fixed things.
