Battle Arena problem

Hi,

In my server,battle arena don't give any rewards..I wonder what would be the problem?

-I have custom database names.
-I've tried several gameservers.
-I've tried several evangelion addon versions.
-Reward item name/quantity is working fine..But it looks like it's missing the item adding procedure or something.
-No db tables were touched (gameworld,gameworldconfig etc..)

Looking for any suggestions/possible solutions.

server files > cfg >> common ,, add reward to winner & loser ,, important [ reward with code not name ]
