how to implement items into game

in new to hacking.. and while using CE i found the hex for E.G adios - 105 mage wand.

address: 0D0644A2
hex: 41 64 69 6f 73

so wot i did is Tools>auto assemble>template>code injection, put the address and this shows up:
inc ecx
imul ebp,fs:[edi+73],00000000

now i add [enable] and [disable] at the beginning and the end.

BUT SOETHING IS MISSING damnit i dont know wot!

if anyone wanna help just pm.. my guess this post will be gone pretty quick _|_

hmm dude dont rush in to finding something. u just cand do that by CE.
from my gaming experience all the items that are implementeted (or how the hell u spell that word) in a game is done either by a GM, or sql injections.
well if u find a way to it via CE then i can only say GL, but u will hurt ur head by trying to do that :p

i've tried doing so with my poor experince with rpe.. but it takes forever to open ~5000 packets, and looking inside every packet till i found wot i need.. i dont have that much free time.
