First a bit of theory
IDM: program that changes the appearance of items such as a ps to a taser, or Guillotine CS Crow, etc.. Only the appearance, no stats. (if you want to change the stats you can use Cheat engine or SHOP HACK)
IDChanger: program that changes the appearance of the items, change the Stats, & EFFECTS.
Item Manager: program with many functions, one of which is to prevent the items that you are spending for hours, which are permanent or prevents spend. By using ITM will have practically permanent weapons and not spend and permanent things will not have to repair them.
Another feature is when you change the items and walk into a room and shut the S4 Items that detects changed, but using the s4 Item Manager will not detect anything and play with your commonly changed items.

How to use?
1. - Opens the IDM, login and then opens the S4 (but do this the program will detect Xtrap). Go to a server on which we will not play (in my case Italian). (x32 Bits need bypass because the process is hidden and s4 hack will not work. x64 bit if they use Bypass, the same is not detected for more security but can use one)
2. - Opens the program as admin. If you have not saved profile (in the IDM) put the Old IDs you want to change and New IDs.
3. - Press "Search Items" and expect the fences when looking ..... Found Item boxes are different from 0 can give "Stop".
4. - Click "Change Items", and enter the server salts in which you play (in my case Spanish). If items do not change, relogging back in the server, so until you change.
5. - Press stop and see a Channel, Remember not to take positions Items. Go to the Item Manager and press the RELOAD to verify that the ITM is running.
6. - If Working out and if you have saved profiles, put on the items and create a user in the ITM, Take off the items and then press ON. Go into a room and press Start when the map is loading press RESET to detect the s4 Items not changed when the game ends and you return to give Activate when loading the map you give restore.
