Now I am testing something and if it works I will tell you how you can get them.
According to the page you will need in both games a character first, so the item package can be delivered to it.
But I don't have a Maestia-Char on my main and it worked ... it's strange ...
However my 2nd Char isn't able to take part in this promotion too ...
Well now I am downloading Maestia and create on my 2nd Account a Maestia-Char. If it works I will tell you.
