L2 indonesia guide plz

Hey guys,
I dont know if there was already apost for this,well i couldnt find one.

Me and some friends want to try the indonesian l2 but we cant download the client or login the game. I guess it has something to do with ip and such.

Can someone tell us how to get it to work or give us a quick guide?

Got halve the problem, can download the game but cannot connect/ get past the server choise. Also updating/checking files is out of the question. Anyone got the same issues?
