i think the EU potion cooldown is hardcoded but the chinese one is on database

Is not about pets only. You've to set the delay shit for every and single item in the database in order of creating delay based server which means there will be no bug related with duplicate items like 1m pet bug which could force any server to be closed until they will fix it.

Duplicate trade pets to unlimited numbers which will force gameserver to close with c++ error. And, the duplicate bug cause of there's no delay on xx item * Won't specific it *

Oh man, you and your riddles, that's so mysterious! As for the OP, simply put a few second delay on each trans/ride pet and you should be fine.
