Not sure, but I'd say this rdb is not used; last update I have in mine seems to have been done in 2005.

to open it you need an rdb editor search around we released one on here months back as far as that rdb i cant rember if its truely refrenced or not im sure it is to an extent i havent touched rappelz since last aug i will eventally get back in to dev of it or another project and its highly likly one or some of us may already be doing projects ive been focusing on the new house and all that undertaking we moved in dec i still talk to everyone in ncarbon just havent reallly had much time to break out rappelz and see whats what

The actual dropgroupresource rdb from the client is useless.

Its an epic 5 format if i remember right.

edit : 17.november 2005 is the actual rdb date time.
