how to use this PChAck

i got this pchack but i cant use it when im opened it a folder will show...
says:cannot execute


what will i do..
and what the tutorials and settings for this cheat?

did u read the tut how to use it by boss chiharu?did u run the moonlight engine for rev 1303 with the correct settings?if an error saying no kiattach call found is seen when u executed moonlight..try to restart ur computer then execute MLE again then PC hack engine then start hacking..enjoii :D
