I've hear about the _refpath table is empty , you get the info of the db or ? Because I got them [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and that [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Just I want to know more about this table , is always empty for you?

I released the content of it some time ago, not a big deal, can be found on the twsro db.

Would that one fix the Spawnbug at all like in Jangan Cave B2 at the Teleport to Camp 10 ?

That is not related to the _RefPath table... the table is for the new Job system, the NPC caravans. If you dont use vsro v193 and higher you wont need this table.

I deleted them since they are not really needed, the original table included other path info for the Jupiter temple and arabia zones. In fact I knew where arabia was going to be located thanks to those info:
