Buff Dauer + Cooldown Ändern

Wie kann man die Buff Dauer vom Unsterblichkeits Buff z.B. von 10 Sek auf 30 sek Anheben? Und wie Kann man den Cooldown vom Skill verändern? o:

immortal time is changed in field.txt and skill cooltime is changed in activeskill.shn
