Guild, Help ? [slyvia]

Hey guys,
I was wondering is there any guild with english speaking members here doesn't need to be just english, just want some guys to have fun with. And does anyone have buff chars or something they could help me level up with. I can pay them if needed.

if you want to join a guild, with the only reason that they help you level up and so, then no good guild will accept you.

Don't think you comprehend what im trying to say.
I want to join a guild of nice people its a bonus to get buffs.
