Private-private server?

well let me explain the title a little bit more here. is there a server where its not open to the public? with like 40~60 people. i don't mean an advertised server with low population. but like a private private server i want to join one of those :D

If someone noticed the 'private - private server' , It won't be private any more. In fact , They're hiding the projects to provide being hacked / DDoSed

it could be if you don't make a registration site :P

There is a private server where only thai people play, they bought 120 cap Black Rogue files from Ini3 after they shut down the official THSRO servers. :D so i think it could be considered as a private-private server XD

i want someone to make a private server where you have to answer a test and get over 80% that would be very exclusive xD
