Error, Help!

it's my 2nd time to open S4 on it's new season and this happened
your help will be aprecciated , Thank You.

#Edit : I tried opening as admin and all that stuff

Delete the Xtrap Folder and let S4 patch new.
If it doesn't work then you should reinstall the game.
