Your ideal private server?

Basically I am starting to make my own server. I was just wondering what everyone's idea of a perfect private server is =D

there is no perfect private server
but to be one of the most populated you need to give people what they want (which was my fatal fault at nextco)
they want to max in no time and donate cash for donating ranks ? this sounds stupid to you ? do it for them to get players
they want stupid pvping quests instead of hunt/collect/exchange and visit npcs ? this sounds stupid to you ? give them what they want

Establish a stable economy and you can do what you want.
