Titan Online Hacking

I've been messing around with the SkillList.bin from Titan Online:

At first i was thinking it would be server side only but then i managed to make it pull monsters from a far away distance and if that can work probably damage with work too, just need to know what else to edit.

At the Edited entries, i have changed the range of the AOE skill from sabre from 300~450 range to 8000 range it is similar to hitting an entire map, but it will not give damage to the monsters ... at first it would only make the animation but after change things all around i mananged to make it pull out monsters aswell.
Also i dont really know why there is 2 entries of each in each file and that "+" means but i am assuming the "+" is for "REAL SKILLS" that is your skill after lvl 12.
