i dont think its possible cus exchange is by itemindex cant choose options

yes , he need an official dksrv.exe or complete it by himself .

It's just not possible unless you edit the SP to give all items a random mg/nb/dn stat on creation <----- which creates way more trouble + wasted time than its worth.

Exchanges ONLY give regular items.
