Question just because intrested

Guyz need sum1 to tell me what those things do to your char :
1)Parry ratio
2)Hit ratio
3)Phy/Mag Reinforce

Need a pro answer xD u get my thanks for it

Edit: Fck sry i know thats wrong post , just dont want to spam , answer my question and u can delete this thread

1)Parry ratio = getting less crit
2)Hit ratio = att rating = more crits
3)Phy/Mag Reinforce = is same thing as phy att pwr if % of reinf for exemple goes from 0 to 80 damage will go up
