Autoit Mouseclick

Sooo i cant seem to find anything about this what i want to do is when i find a certain picture i want the mouse to move above it not on it. I know how to get it to move to A but what i want it to do is move to A and click on B.

Mousemove($x , $y - 20)
moves the mouse 20 pixel above the $x and $y coordinates
