Server is pretty much default, we aren't bothering on ruining game balance at all. We don't add items, which makes huge disbalance, But we did add a couple of cool items, that it still observe the balance.

I stopped reading after this part. Uniques serve only for increasing ego of 12 year old children, so don't try to make it a bigger part of gameplay.

Uniq are for partys and all could get them pretty easy.
They can add copper coins to mob drops,and for an amount of let's say 20-30 you buy yourself the avatar you want.Having an ip limit is a good argument why they should make it like this.
The ip limit is 4,and the drop should be pretty low.
