[REQUEST] html config

Hi all..
i'm here to ask if some1 know a way to make an html that enable the "sell" menu in any NPC from the game..
Just the basic "sell" option of the grocery's npc's.. but in another specific npc..

it can be done ?

i mean make an HTML help in the client.. like an exploit..
