Hello everyone. How i can remove instant level from my server? I wanna make server with experience . i don't wanna with instant level . Anyone can help me ? please reply fast

Just go to the procedure where the instant level is set, and you'll see there that they are set to start at X level with Y stat points and Z skill points; set all that to normal and you are done, not much to do there, besides actually reading the procedure and making everything the default you want people to start with.
