Ep 6 Is it possible

Ok i have the server files from ShaiyaServer Re-upload! And i Have begun to test ep 6.Now I have a few issues and no matter what I try I am not getting an Intelligible answer from the author of the thread. So If there is someone Kind enough to be able to answer me out there I would be a very happy bunny.

Using an Un edited OS client I enter the game fine all is hunky dory(This is on a personal Test btw 127.0.0.1 So the issue is not my internet connection I dont think) Anyhooo I seem to slowly DC using any GM commands
I know the command worked as when i relog I am on the map i wanted to be on or i have the item in my bag but no text appeared showing the command was successful.

Using An OS client with my added Items ...Sgraphics me after char select. Tried encrypting/decrypting the Item.Sdata but nothing seems to change this.

Also When I did manage to get on and use commands I get a 'Could Not Change' When /set ~~~ Level 80 and after attepting to check with the change level cap the offsets in johns post showed different values at each stage >.<

Any imparted knowledge on my issues would be greatly appreciate Much love Minxii

Well, the offsets I provided for the level cap won't work on the EP6 files because the ps_game.exe is packed, which, unless you actually unpack it, will cause everything to be different.

As far as the DC after using commands, what do your logs show? Without this valuable information we can't even start guessing what could've happened there.

Unpacking? Any clues on where i start with this I like to try things for myself Cant run a server if you dont understand how it works

Ok well I fully installed the EP6 files on a test server
Now I cant even get past the Server select I get SGraphic Tried a few different clients including OS and same issue

I would really love to get this working I would love to be able to help the community like you have helped me. If I get stability I will be releaseing. Already translated the DB back to english. I jus wish i didnt keep hitting issues

did u run the sql files of the sdata´s of ur "clients" in the ur sql to update ur db? if not that might be ur problem.
+ i would suggest u to post loggs and we might be able to help u.

all thats needed is the game.exe once the ep 6.3 game.exe gets released or you can unpack it your self.
long as you can you can use OS client fully updated.

tip: yes you can use stripperX to do it but you need xp 32-bit

Side note:You have to use OS's client for the ep6 server files with a ep6 game.exe. Also you can't place your sdata's from the old client into OS's one as it will cause the game to crash.

Back on topic, yea shaiya went through some drastic changes since nexon took over. I'm sure they are very aware of this forum and the releases, which is why their new features are so hard to obtain.
