Complete manual patch?

Is there a manual patch from a clean install to the newest version?

My patcher doesnt seem to me functioning correctly and is rediculously slow

Hi red dragon...i downloaded your manual patch, installed it and it keeps patching me so many files such as "patch52/levels/common/mesh/Mesh_Textures_004.pak3.zip". can you help me please i really want to play this game its the best mmo ever !!!

Could anyone post a link to a full patch from version 0 to updated version? I tried the ones posted here but they seem to be dead :/
