Server No Talisman, how?

Hello!
I am needing to find a "guide" to make a conquer online server (1.0), you know: no talismans, no cps (no shop), no second reborn ...
I do not want to let the server online! I just wanna play with my friends (hamachi) on Saturdays after work, you know "happy hour".
Today, I have server conquer 5156... But, I like to make server conquer 1.0.

I suggest looking at the list of popular sources. There are plenty. Just find one for the patch you wish to play/emulate and work on fixing up the source from there if it's lacking features you enjoy.
