WTT 40$ PSC for 30€ PSC.

As the title says i want to change 4 cards PSC with 10$ on each for 3 cards PSC with 10€ each and the reason why i do this is cuz $ psc is not allowed on a website where i want to use em.
Wont allow a trade without a good MM.
