You cant..Why do u think EPVP its not full with SRo pservers lol...
You can open a private server but ti will be not 100% working(Use Search button).

u can allways buy the server files but big chance to get scammed and its REALLY expensive if you find one that sells...

You can't open a server like ecsro unless u buy the serverfiles or untill u have a perfect emulator.

The real server files are rumored to costs 10's of thousands of dollars, and that's just a rumor. To get the files you would need a lot of connections and strings to pull.

id say that joymax sells the serverfiles only to bigger Game Companies with a good security system and a good reputation
