@mejo im not any familiar with Binarys but .. I guess its way way way easier just to learn basics of coding and grab LOTF Source...

Ok learn npcs coding and you will make a good server 。:d and if you have bugs or problems you'll find on epvpers

You can add a dialog npc to do this.. but vend/shop npc doesn't support this they only sell items by the first id without status

but you can add a bag in your item list that spawn the item exactly how u want it like +12 and so and sell the bag itself in the vend/shop npcs or else just build a dialog npc.
