Searching Multilanguage Skylab/Techcenter Program

Hey all,

Like the title says, I am searching for a multilanguage skylab/techcenter program that can send , upgrade on ship , make new tech'"s ...

I have found loads of tools already, so its not that i havent been searching ...
But most of the time its all russian, even when you change the language :p the buttons change to english/... The reports ,the errors, etc stay all russian or the language the program was created with...


Does somebody know a working english/Multilanguage tool that could help me ?

Trying to brake my personal record on laser updates, got 18million seprom shots for the moment, Premium gonna run out on small accounts, so Manually wil take allot of time ...
