[Help]I need to know how to make a private sevre .

I started searching the internet in hope to find something ... 1-2 hours later i stopped :facepalm: .
Next day I finally found how to make a registration page . That didn't help at all , didn't write how to setup things like first do the basic page .
Please make a tutorial on how to setup a server (ANY CLIENT THAT'S HIGHER THAN 5000) and registration page .
