A bit help

Ok, i gonna start working on some things, and i wanna ask if its possible to do.. ^^

I wanna to do: If u got dmg scroll u cannot wear pvp cape ( if u wear pvp cape u can't use dmg scroll )
: Same at FW/ Job war/ Guild war / .
At FW u can't use resurrection scroll + no DMG/DEF scroll.

:But not at all area if i do event like 8v8 and i teleport to Special Arena they could use DMG/DEF scrolls. :rtfm:
:If u pvp or do job war or smth like that i are with pt u cannot use dmg/deff scrolls if u are wibout u can use but if they try to invite u and u are using the scrolls u cannot accept.. :)

Doubt this mechanic exists anywhere in the game, where you cant use a specific item.

Try working off not being able to use a return scroll while in a job suit as a trader with a transport. Dont know about areas.

You can't use hammer out side the FW, if you find out how it works you can reverse it to "You can't use that item inside the FW". I don't think the idea of dat PvP cap gonna work

Maybe trying something like this: if you are under PvP status (wearing cape) you get some sort of buff, which can't be used with dmg scrolls at the same time. That would work for cape -> dmg scrolls, but it wouldn't work vice versa.
