I think they will extened it, because I see nothing about the Event in the Maintenance Notice. As a result: You are able the to take Stamps / exchange Stamps after the restart. :)

Well I hope they will extend it for 1 day for Zian server bcz of the fail day without stamps. They will do that or they will completly remove stamp button from NPC and them we will not be able to take anything for our stamps :D
