Here are the steps:

Download L2NET [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Download eL2Walker 2.13 + Item/Skill/NPC data [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Download GG killer [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Than

0. Extract files (L2NET files must be in 1 dictionary -> l2net,data,map | put Item/Skill/NPC data to eL2walker dictionary )
1. Disable GG <copy dsetup.dll to system> and make L2.exe <help [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]> or rename l2.bin to l2.exe (sometimes its not working)
2. Put the new host to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 l2authd.lineage2.com
127.0.0.1 l2testauthd.lineage2.com
216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com

3. Start L2NET
4. File -> Logon Window
5. Press IG than Listen button
6. Start Lineage II with eL2 Walker
7. Enter your account/psw wait some seconds
8. Before choosing server wait some seconds again!
9. Enter with your char
10. Happy botting

ps.:
When you are loging in, w8 some seconds (5-10) after every step!

similar threads.. no1 wrote what to do clearly for this walker :) its easier to understand than other "similar threads".

I've got a problem, when I try to open L2net with the L2NET.exe file i get an error "the application failed to initialize properly..."

Help?

I am getting the same error code.

Just downloaded both of them and when I open L2NET.exe it crashes and says "Check your directx ..... "

Try a new directx. I have the version 10 and working fine.

sorry lol it just doesn't work for me..
I just downloaded Dx10 for XP but it still doesn't work, im going to write down all of the error:

"L2NET crashed ... check your DirectX
Exception has be thrown by the target of an invocation
Could not load file or assembly "Microsoft.DirectX.DirectInput, Version=1.0.2902, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e36" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
