A new hack?

I saw today a hack that you use, they will not powerup appeared as used at the end of the race. Moreover, being the first in the race, the player can use the sligshot. in conclusion had used 7 slighshot and 7 nos and at the end of the race had only two nos recorded.

In a Proper English;
"I saw a hack today. He[the hacker] could use slingshot in the first place and hide the powerups he used [He used 7 NOS yet only 2 were in statics] Do anybody know about this ?"
