need help with php!

so i got this website [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] setup but im trying to add another tabb page. I just need another extra page just like my front page but i want to add my own stuff at it such as text and images.

i tryed to copy ?pg=index and paste it in new txt file and rename it to ?pg=yellowtitles. When i redirect to yellowtitles i get stil to the index page but the URL is ?pg=yellowtitles.

Hard to say without the sourcecode.
If its including the pages "php files" or if its all coded in the index page.
